I have a a problem with my starboard not showing the menu box on screen and it shows as not being connected. I have reinstalled the software and plugged and unplugged the usb and it still shows not connected and will not show the menu. Any ideas?

2. What version of the Starboard Software do you have?
3. What Starboard model do you have?
4. What is the serial #?

Can you verify that you have the latest Starboard Software installed? It should be 8.11 or above. You can check in Vista under the Uninstall Programs menu in the Control Panel. If you have something lower than 8.11 I suggest backing up any data created with the Starboard Software and installing the latest version from our website.
